We are constantly exploring and creating toolkits that help change makers and creative rebels facilitate change and get to the best creative solution to complex problems. From boardrooms to classrooms, these gamified experiences will assist anyone rapidly learn new thinking and doing tools for making change happen! We hear fantastic stories of how people have used our games to activate board CEO's through to 5 years old kids in rural schools.


Have you ever wondered if gender is affecting the ability to progress professionally? The statistics on gender equity in the design and technology sectors are not good (even the best performer still only employs 23% women). The gender pay gap is 70 cents to the dollar, and based on the current rate of leadership progression, it will be 2085 before we reach parity of women and men in equal positions of leadership.

In order to reach equality, we need to find ways of enhancing equity ––equal access to the resources we need to flourish, when we need them. In order for equity to be implemented in our workplaces, we need to foster empathy all around. Through this toolkit of creative interventions, you will explore dynamic ways of enhancing leadership, busting cognitive bias, empathy building and the power of organic mentorship.

Designer and sociologist Dr. Leyla Acaroglu partnered with the Women's Lead Initiative at AIGA to explore some of the structural forces that are preventing women from achieving equitable access to leadership positions within the design sector.

Sustainability provocateur and cultural protagonist Dr. Leyla Acaroglu challenges people to think differently about how the world works.
